How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dohna the owner come up with the idea one day, started a Made in Santa Cruz catalog Jan 1995, then in July 1996 become a store on the Santa Cruz Wharf.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have great local artists, that live in Santa Cruz county. We have great customer service and great returning customer who like to come in and feel our Recovery Pillow that you can heat in the mircowave and freeze when needed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one sore on the Santa Cruz Wharf, we have two website one is www.madeinsantacruz.com and the other is www.recoverypillow.com
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are on the Santa Cruz Wharf just past the bend, in between Marni's Candy's and Stagnaro's restaurant we near the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. We are also near the Local Dream Inn.

We accept all major credit cards types, we also have gift cards for that person you don't know what to buy for.
Which areas do you service?
We service all customer in store and we do ship all around the world. We are helping the VA's with fight their addictions with the warm and the cooling Recovery pillow.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Dohna Dunderdale is the owner for 20 years; Her Daughter Genesis is the Manager keep it clean for those great customers that we have coming in every day,
What are your hours of operation?
We are open every day 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Open 9 every day, closing depends on the traffic flow out here on wharf.
